For everyday cleaning, use a soft brush or dry cloth to remove dust from the weave. For deeper cleaning:

• Wipe with a lightly damp cloth and mild soap solution

• Dry immediately — never let water sit on the surface

• Avoid soaking, steaming, or pressure washing

• Allow to air dry fully before use

Never use harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or abrasive sponges, as these can damage the cane and strip the natural finish.

Yes — this is one of rattan's most beloved qualities. Over time, natural rattan develops a warm honey patina, deepening in color with age and use. Many of our customers find this aging process adds character and beauty to their pieces.

Exposure to indirect light will gradually warm the tone, while areas shielded from light may remain lighter. This is completely normal and expected with any natural material.

Please document all damage with photos before the delivery team leaves and note it on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or credit.

We are not able to accept damage claims reported after 7 days of delivery, so please inspect your piece thoroughly upon arrival.

We accept returns on in-stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping via our freight service is the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-order and custom pieces are non-returnable, as they are built specifically for you. We encourage reviewing dimensions carefully and ordering fabric swatches before placing custom orders.
